Menu Plan Monday (3-28-11)

Monday:

- Lunch: leftovers

-Dinner: Chipped Beef (a roll over from two weeks ago)

Tuesday:

- Breakfast: Muffins and yogurt

-Lunch: Peanut butter and jelly, baby carrots and yogurt

-Dinner: Southwest Pasta Skillet (new)

Wednesday:

- Breakfast: English Muffins and fruit

-Lunch:  Grilled cheese, fruit, and carrots

-Dinner: Marconi Beef Skillet

Thursday:

- Breakfast: Smoothies and Biscuits

-Lunch: peanut butter and jelly, yogurt, and crackers

-Dinner: Bible study (we rotate through bringing the main dishes)

Friday:

- Breakfast: Cereal and fruit

-Lunch: Mac and Cheese and baby carrots

-Dinner: Santa Fe Chicken Enchilada Soup (new)

Saturday:

- Breakfast: Eggs and biscuits

-Lunch:Waffles

-Dinner: Cilantro Lime Chicken Skewers

Sunday:

- Breakfast: Muffins

-Lunch: leftovers

-Dinner:  Taco Skillet
