Backyard Birthday Bonfires

So I am playing catch-up!  This backyard birthday bonfire (sorry I got carried away with the alteration) was from November.. yes I realize how behind I am and that I should just give up.. But I can’t.. it’s my OCD kicking in *winks*!!

Tim’s sister wanted to have a campfire for her birthday and it was awesome!  It was November and it was cold but not unbearable.   So without further ado.. Happy Birthday Rachel! Don’t worry I wont share your age on the blog.. but it’s fun that we are born in the same year *winks*!

A Fall Day at the Lake

A few days after Sammy got out of the hospital we went over to my parents house for a relaxing day!  There was a certain little boy that wanted to go fishing (yes, even in November).

Look who was out from behind the camera:

I also tried on a bunch of clothes and was feeling really silly by the time I got outside!

Galapagos Islands [A Review]

Have you ever wonder how Darwin’s theories on the Galapagos islands line up with creation?  Or why there are so many unique species of animals on the Galapagos islands?  Or maybe you just want another book to help you grasp creationism and why Christians should know the truth?  I received the perfect book to answer those questions and so many more! Galapagos Islands: A Different View is my latest review book from MasterBooks.  I have enjoyed learning about these fascinating islands.

The pictures in this book are breath taking!  They make you want to jump through the pages and explore the island:

This book is not just beautiful but very informative.  In the first few pages of the book I learned so much about creation and how it applies to the islands.  I also learned how Darwin’s views differ from creation and why it’s important to study creation and know what you believe.
