This year for Sammy’s birthday we didn’t have a big party. But we did celebrate with some family throughout the weekend.
We kicked off his birthday morning with opening a few presents at our house. Sammy’s signature 7 year old pose:
Sammy’s good buddies were still traveling during his birthday but they ordered this wonderful book for his birthday and we have been enjoying it since then:
Next up it is was lunch at Sammy’s favorite Italian restaurant:
Followed by opening another present:
And taking silly pictures:
Later that day we went out to dinner at Kyoto. Sammy enjoyed the food but not the fire *winks*
Then we went over to Tim’s sister’s house for birthday cake and snacks:
A Lego cake made in Sammy’s favorite color.. doesn’t get much cooler than that:
Sammy was really into his birthday cards this year. He loved reading them aloud to everyone:
Blowing out his 7 birthday candles:
Cake and ice cream!
He fell asleep on the way home:
Officially 7 (at 10:35 pm):
The next day it was lunch with some of his cousins followed by a bowling trip:
Sweet Ellie getting some bowling help from my sister Clare:
Sammy bowling with out the ramp for the first time. He did awesome without it:
Bradley also bowling with out a ramp. We were really impressed with how strong the boys had become:
Cousin hugs make me smile:
The final scores:
A few weeks later we got to celebrate Sammy’s birthday with my parents. I don’t have those pictures downloaded yet. I will share them soon!
